Frequently Asked Questions

The information provided through Event Scout is compiled from publicly available sources and offered for general guidance only. It may be incomplete or out of date. Please verify all details directly with the relevant organizer or venue before relying on, publishing, or referencing them.

Plans & access

What plans are available?
Event Scout is offered as an annual subscription in two forms: Individual (one licensed user) and Organization (all users on a single company email domain). Current plans and pricing are shown on the signup page.
How is access controlled?
Access is granted per licensed email address, or per company email domain for Organization plans, and is verified when you sign in. Accounts are managed by the subscribing account holder.
How do I subscribe?
Subscriptions are self-service through the signup page. No sales call or manual onboarding is required, and access is granted immediately after payment.

Billing & refunds

Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact hello@prgmtc.tech within 7 days of your purchase.
How are payments handled, and can I cancel?
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Invoices, billing management, and cancellation are available in your account. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Data & accuracy

Where does the data come from?
Event Scout aggregates trade-show and exhibitor information from a wide range of publicly available sources and uses automated processing to structure, enrich, and keep it current.
How accurate is the information, and can I rely on it?
The information is compiled from public sources and periodically reviewed, but it is provided for general guidance only and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying all details — including dates, figures, venues, and exhibitor participation — directly with the organizer or venue before relying on, acting on, publishing, or referencing them.
What do the “Fact” and “Estimate” labels mean?
Where a figure appears, it is labeled either Fact — a confirmed figure from an official source — or Estimate, a modeled approximation shown with a confidence score. Estimates are informed approximations, not confirmed figures.
Can I republish or cite the data?
Event Scout is intended for your own research and internal decision-making. Because the data is compiled from public sources and may contain inaccuracies, you must verify any information independently before republishing, distributing, or citing it. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Can you tell me the exact source for a particular event?
Our catalog is compiled and enriched from many public sources, and we do not attribute individual entries to a specific source. For authoritative details, please refer directly to the event organizer or venue.

Product & usage

What's included in a subscription?
A searchable catalog of 14,000+ trade shows worldwide, the exhibitor list for each event, CSV and calendar exports (subject to a per-plan cap), and a read-only AI-assistant connector.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in English, German, and Spanish, with numbers, dates, and country names localized accordingly. Event and company names are kept in their original language.
Is there AI-assistant or API access?
A read-only AI-assistant connector is included and works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. It queries the same catalog and needs no separate API key.
