40th European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST) International Conference

The EFFoST conference is an annual academic meeting organised by the European Federation of Food Science and Technology, focusing on science and technology aspects of food systems. The 40th edition (4–6 November 2026, Poznań, Poland) addresses sustainable food systems across five sub-themes: raw materials and alternative sources; food processing, preservation and packaging; digitalization, robotics and AI; consumer science and personalised nutrition; and analytical methods for safety, authenticity and traceability.
