The China International Furniture Fair (formerly known as the Shanghai Furniture Fair), organized by the China Furniture Association and Shanghai Bohua Exhibition Co., Ltd., has been held annually in September since its inception in 1993. The fair, based in Shanghai, has grown alongside the Chinese furniture industry, evolving from a B2B trade platform to an integrated online and offline platform encompassing export, import, and direct-to-consumer sales, as well as showcasing original designs. In 2024, the China International Furniture Fair and the Moden Shanghai Fashion Home Fair attracted a combined total of 167,205 visitors, including 28,644 international attendees, representing a 11.9% increase compared to the previous year.
