IEDLI

IEDLI is an annual seven-day immersive leadership training program for emergency department leaders (physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators) organized with faculty from the Harvard system and international experts. It delivers four interactive courses, workshops, mentoring, seminars, and networking/social events focused on topics such as overcrowding, efficiency, cost control, staffing, triage, quality of care, risk management and ED design. The program is sponsored by the Department of Emergency Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and awards CME credit.
