IRERS

IRERS (International Real Estate Research Symposium) is a biennial professional symposium on real estate and the built environment organised by the National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) and the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH), Malaysia. It brings together government agencies, academic institutions, industry practitioners and professional bodies for plenary and parallel sessions, industry and academia forums, poster presentations, competitions and technical visits. The 13th edition (IRERS 2026) is held at World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur on 2026-05-12 to 2026-05-13 and focuses on innovation, inclusivity and digitalisation in real estate policy and practice.
