Mode et Tissus is a four-day textile and fashion trade event held in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, founded in 1973 and formerly named Fête du Tissu and Créatiss. It brings together European fabric manufacturers, fashion designers, creators, artisans, haberdashery and DIY workshops, and machinery suppliers; Thursday and Friday are oriented toward professionals while the weekend attracts sewing and DIY enthusiasts.
