PEI International Shellfish Festival

The Prince Edward Island International Shellfish Festival is a four-day public festival held in Charlottetown that showcases local shellfish, culinary demonstrations, celebrity chefs, competitions (including oyster shucking and chowder contests), live entertainment and food vendors.
