The Political Economy of International Organization (PEIO) is an annual academic conference that brings together economists, political scientists and other scholars to study political-economy issues related to international organizations (e.g., WTO, UN, IMF, World Bank, EU). It solicits full papers and pre-analysis plans on topics including IO organization and governance, incentives of governments and bureaucrats, IO effects on policy, interactions with transnational actors, and related subjects like foreign aid, international agreements, and law.
