Showcase

The LRA Showcase is a two-day tradeshow at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center focused on the restaurant and hospitality industry. It brings together restaurants, bars, hotels, caterers, clubs, chefs, owners, operators, and beverage directors to view suppliers, equipment, demos, and speaker sessions. The 2026 edition runs July 25–26 and is co-located with major culinary competitions, featuring cooking demos, keynote and educational sessions, exhibitor booths, and industry awards.
