SOMA 2026

SOMA 2026 is the Special Operations Medical Association Scientific Assembly held April 27–May 1, 2026 at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. It brings together military and civilian medical providers, academia, and industry partners focused on prehospital, tactical, wilderness, austere, disaster, and deployed medicine, and includes hands-on training labs, concurrent track presentations, podium research, and posters. The event serves as a major gathering for SOF medical providers, tactical law enforcement, and tactical EMS, and is the official TEMS conference for the National Tactical Officers Association.
