The IEEE Electrical Design of Advanced Packaging and Systems (EDAPS) Symposium is an international conference in the Asia-Pacific region focused on electrical design, modeling, simulation and measurement at chip, package and system levels. EDAPS 2026 includes paper presentations, industry exhibitions, workshops, tutorials, keynote lectures, oral and poster sessions, and a student software competition covering topics such as SI/PI/EMC, 3D-ICs, computational electromagnetics, thermal management and packaging technologies.
