ICEOE 2026 is the 9th International Conference on Environment and Ocean Engineering, taking place November 27-29, 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam at the University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City. It is hosted/co-organized by the University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City and gathers scientists and researchers for keynote talks, oral presentations and poster sessions on environment and ocean engineering topics. Full papers undergo peer review and selected papers will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering series; registration as a delegate without submission is also permitted.
