TERRA MADRE

Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2026 is a four-day food and biodiversity fair held 24–27 September in central Turin with satellite events across Italy and the world under “The Road to Terra Madre” and a local Off program in Piedmont. It brings together small-scale producers, food communities, chefs, researchers and civil society to exhibit regional and international food products, seed and biodiversity initiatives, markets across major city squares, talks and conferences on food systems, sustainability and cultural food heritage.
