The Baking Expo™ (IBIE) is the largest commercial and retail baking trade show in the Western Hemisphere, focused on the grain-based food industry. It brings together manufacturers, suppliers, bakers and other industry professionals to exhibit equipment, ingredients, packaging, technology and related services, and includes educational programs (IBIEducate), competitions and innovation showcases. The event targets baking industry professionals across wholesale, retail, artisan, snack and pizza segments and is jointly owned by the American Bakers Association and BEMA.
