Wenzelsmarkt

The Wenzelsmarkt is an annual historic Christmas market in Bautzen held in the old town (Hauptmarkt, Reichenstraße, Kornmarkt) during Advent. It features roughly 80 traders and restaurateurs offering regional and international food, mulled wine, handcrafted Christmas decorations, textiles, toys and traditional goods, plus cultural programmes such as music, puppet shows and daily Advent activities for families. The event runs for about three weeks from late November to December and includes pop-up vendor huts curated by the city centre management.
