Das Besondere

Das Besondere (the Michelstadt Christmas Market) is a seasonal public Christmas market held in Michelstadt's medieval old town, centered on the Marktplatz and spreading along Braunstraße and narrow lanes. About 100 decorated wooden huts offer handcrafted gifts, regional foods and decorations; the market features life-sized wooden figures made by the local woodcraft school.
